Today was the first day outside the house on a bike since the accident. I had to get out to the woods as the weather was sunny and 62, therefore I hit most of my lunch loop. The road to the trailhead was smooth and nice, yet the roots were something else. The elbow currently only has about 30 degrees of motion and thus I was in race position most of the time. The left hand was off the bars too much in order to compensate for the bumps. Overall, I came home quite refreshed and encouraged to sweat and attain a HR of 183.I started Therapy yesterday on the arm and realize that it is going to take quite a while to get most of the range of motion back, yet I am very hopeful.
