The weather has been bearable this week and allowed 6 days straight outside on the bike. Some days were leisure and others strong, including winds so strong that I felt like I was climbing Moore Fun again. With all this riding, it is time to focus on the training and nutrition plan. Dave Scott is producing some great podcasts on pre, post and race plans. My Accelerade flavor to keep me cranking is now Lemon Lime as the new Lemonade flavor was a bit sweet for me.
