10.5 Week update

The flexion/extension is now at 47 degrees / 155 degrees. That doesn't seem like much of a change from last week as flexion is a bit better while extension is a bit worse, yet the overall arm movement throughout the range is easier. I've been in the pool about 4 days a week with 1/4 to 1/2 mile swims, a spin class once a week and relaxing times in the hot tub. I've been faithful to my painful therapy sessions three times a week as I want my arm back. The latest development is that I'm wearing two different Dynasplint devices at various times of the day and night!

All I want for Christmas is my arm back...
