I'm flat out excited to get away from reality for a bit and what better place than the warmth of AZ. Here is a pic near Sqaw Peak from last Spring. Physically, the winter training hasn't been bad, except for dealing with illnesses in January. Therefore, a few more focused hill efforts like the Spin class this morning at the Y should keep me primed!
