Great way to End '06

The closing of '06 ended with a great week. Our Church service on Christmas Even was spent enjoying a communion service followed by watching the new The Nativity Story movie. A great movie to set the proper tone at Christmas. I then hopped on the road bike and headed for a 2.5 hr ride out to the family for the traditional McCrimmon family Christmas Eve gathering. A surprise hook up with a few riders from the ABD team for 45 minutes of my ride as they were out on a training ride. Christmas Day was a great day to be with friends serving others and enjoy time with Glynnis and the boys. Tuesday and Friday weather allowed for some afternoon 1+ hr road rides. Friday was my wife's birthday in which we enjoyed some good Indian Food with friends. She is now the holder of tickets to the upcoming Josh Groban concert. She will be one of the middle aged women rushing the stage. Saturday morning was in the saddle for 3+ hrs on the road bike with some DArcy team members to end the cycling year on a strong note. Looking forward to '07!
